Before you fly — pre-departure protocol
Complete every step. Skipping any can cancel your trip or trap you abroad.
- 1Verify the job: company, salary, contract period, country — get it in writing.
- 2Pass the medical (GAMCA / approved centre) and keep the report.
- 3Finish skill + pre-departure orientation training and collect your certificate.
- 4Read and keep a copy of your employment contract — know your salary, hours, leave.
- 5Complete BMET registration, fingerprint and get your BMET smart card / clearance.
- 6Never pay illegal or extra fees. Demand receipts. Report anyone who overcharges.

Yes. All FRW language courses — Arabic, Malay, English, Korean and Spanish — are 100% free for workers. No fee, no subscription. You learn on your phone with audio and quizzes, taught in Bengali.
Which language should I learn for my destination?
Arabic for the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman); Malay for Malaysia; Korean (EPS-TOPIK) for South Korea; Spanish for Spain and parts of Europe; and English works almost anywhere. Pick the course that matches your target country.
Do I need to be educated to take these courses?
No. The courses start from the alphabet and sounds and are explained in simple Bengali, so workers with little formal schooling can follow. Each lesson has listen-and-repeat audio and a short quiz.
