Yes. Friends Recruitment World holds Recruitment License RL-3017 issued by BMET (Bangladesh Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training) and is a certified member of BAIRA (Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies).

We actively place workers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Malaysia, Singapore, Jordan, Romania, Poland, and more — with verified employer partnerships in each.
What categories of workers can you supply?
Drivers (heavy/light), mechanics, welders, electricians, plumbers, painters, masons, civil construction workers, garments operators, factory workers, farm workers, security guards, housemaids, and cleaners.
How does the hiring process work for employers?
Submit your demand letter → FRW screens and shortlists candidates → BMET registration and medical clearance → visa processing → pre-departure briefing → worker deployment. Full end-to-end handling.
Is candidate registration free?
Yes. Candidate registration on frwjobs.com is free. Workers pay zero recruitment fee — any fee-charging is illegal under Bangladesh law and our policy.
What documents does a worker need?
Valid passport (minimum 1.5 years validity), NID/birth certificate, educational certificates, any trade/skill certificates, and medical fitness certificate from a BMET-approved clinic.
How long does the full placement process take?
Typically 30–60 days from demand letter receipt to worker departure, depending on visa processing time at the destination country embassy.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee?
Yes. If a placed worker does not meet employer specifications within the probation period, we provide a free replacement.
How do I submit a grievance?
Registered candidates and employers can submit a grievance from their dashboard. Admin reviews within 48 working hours. For urgent matters, call or WhatsApp our office directly.
