Land Surveyor

Job description Responsible for measuring, mapping, and setting out site coordinates to ensure construction activities are executed accurately as per approved drawings. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct land and construction surveys to establish reference points, levels, and boundaries • Perform setting out for civil works (foundations, structures, roads, utilities) • Use surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) for precise measurements • Verify site coordinates against engineering drawings and design specifications • Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and records • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure alignment and accuracy • Monitor and check construction progress with respect to layout and positioning • Identify and report discrepancies between design and actual site conditions • Ensure compliance with project standards and safety procedures Skills • Diploma or Degree in Surveying • Experience in construction / EPC / infrastructure projects • Proficiency in surveying tools and software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.) • Knowledge of site layout, leveling, and geodetic calculations
