Job description We are hiring New Drivers (New License Holders) for a reputed organization in the UAE. This position is specially designed for candidates who have recently obtained a UAE driving license and are looking to start their professional driving career with structured support and training. Position: New Driver (New License) Job Location: UAE Salary & Earnings: • Basic Salary: 1500 AED • Commission: 15% on trips/earnings Suitability: • Suitable for new license holders Additional Information: • Location: UAE • Experience: 1+ year preferred • Driving License: Mandatory (UAE) • Visa and RTA package available • 12 days training included Responsibilities: • Drive company-assigned vehicles safely and responsibly • Follow UAE traffic rules and company driving standards • Complete assigned trips on time and professionally • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues • Show disciplined and professional behavior with passengers and staff Requirements: • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) • Basic driving knowledge and road awareness • Willingness to work on a commission-based earning model • Ready to learn and follow company driving guidelines
