The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to potential clients. • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients. • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully. • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Skills Requirements: • Arab nationality (preferred). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality. • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. • Proficiency in Arabic and English. • Valid driving license is a plus.
