Toyzer Company is seeking a General Manager with advanced leadership experience in the retail children's toys sector in Jeddah to lead the company and oversee all its operational and commercial activities, ensuring growth and expansion.
🔹 Job Description:
The General Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management and development of the company, including operational activities, merchandising, team development, and enhancing customer experience, with a focus on achieving tangible results and sustainable growth.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Complete oversight of store operations and overall performance management for the company.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expansion.
Lead work teams and build an effective organizational structure.
Enhance customer experience and improve service levels within the store.
Manage inventory and supply chain efficiently.
Analyze financial and operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
