Key Responsibilities: • Prepare ingredients and assist with basic cooking tasks as directed. • Perform daily mise-en-place to ensure station readiness. • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas. • Follow all opening, closing, and safety checklists diligently. • Assist in customer interaction and service as required in the live kitchen setup. • Work collaboratively and respectfully with the entire kitchen team. • Learn and adhere to all recipes, standards, and procedures set by the Head Chef.
