Al-Futtaim Health invites UAE Nationals to join our Patient Relations team at HealthHub Clinics in JVC and Festival City, Dubai, on a flexible part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end operational support to patients, including insurance, appointments, invoicing, and general customer service.
• Ensure accurate flow of medical information and patient data between physicians, patients, and third-party payers using medical coding protocols.
• Act as a liaison for insurance claims, billing, and payment parties.
• Organize and manage patient records and clinic paperwork.
• Deliver high-level customer service, guiding patients and supporting clinic operations.
• Handle cash, credit, and insurance payments, reconcile transactions, and maintain financial records.
• Support a safe and welcoming clinic environment, participating in safety and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient care at all times.

Skills
Who You Are:
• UAE National with a graduate degree (any stream) and relevant qualifications.
• DHA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance, cash handling, customer service, or invoicing.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Excellent computer literacy and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medical insurance coding, invoicing, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
