Job description The overall goal of the position: We are looking for a creative content creator who has the ability to transform complex ideas into engaging written and visual content. You will be responsible for building a strong presence for our brand across various digital platforms, and increasing audience interaction through compelling storytelling that aligns with the company's objectives. Responsibilities and job tasks: • Strategy Development: Prepare a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and various seasons. • Creative Writing: Write scripts for videos, posts for social media, and articles for content that matches the "voice" of the brand. • Video Production: Create and edit short video clips (Reels, TikToks) and design simple and attractive images. • Platform Management: Publish content on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) and interact with comments and inquiries. • Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of posts using analytical tools, and provide regular reports on what has achieved success and how to improve. • Trend Monitoring: Continuously research new trends and adapt them to serve the interests of the brand. Skills Required Skills: 1. Hard Skills: • Proficiency in Design Tools: Such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. • Video Editing Software: Ability to use applications like CapCut or Premiere Pro or Final Cut. • Writing and Editing: Mastery of language rules (Arabic/English) and the ability to craft attractive headlines. • SEO Optimization: Understanding the basics of keyword selection to increase content visibility. 2. Soft Skills: • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and evaluate unconventional ideas. • Adaptability and Quick Learning: Ability to adjust to rapid changes in platform algorithms. • Time Management: Adherence to publication deadlines and ability to work under pressure of "final deadlines". • Emotional Intelligence: Understanding audience psychology and what motivates them to engage. Educational and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or any related field (or proven work experience). • Portfolio: This is the most important part, where you showcase previous examples of videos, designs, or content you have executed.
