Job description Job Description We are looking for a skilled Engine Mechanic with strong experience in both petrol and diesel engines. The ideal candidate must have good English communication skills and hands-on expertise in engine diagnosis, overhaul, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose engine faults through inspection, testing, and performance analysis • Perform complete engine disassembly and inspect components for wear and damage • Measure engine parts and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications • Clean, organize, and prepare engine components for reassembly • Reassemble engines with correct procedures, torque settings, and timing alignment • Service and calibrate diesel injection systems and petrol fuel/ignition systems • Conduct post-repair testing and ensure engine performance meets standards • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues after overhaul Requirements Requirements • Proven experience as an Engine Mechanic (Petrol & Diesel) • Strong knowledge of engine overhaul and rebuilding • Experience in engine diagnosis and fault finding • Ability to use precision measuring tools • Knowledge of fuel systems and ignition systems • Good English communication skills *(Mandatory)* Salary & Benefits • Salary: BD 350 (8 hours duty) + Overtime • Additional benefits as per company policy Skills • Engine Diagnosis & Repair • Mechanical Troubleshooting • Attention to Detail • Technical Knowledge (Petrol & Diesel Engines) • Quality & Safety Awareness
