Job description Job Description: Executive Personal Driver (Chairman’s Office) We are seeking a highly professional, seasoned, and reliable Executive Personal Driver to provide dedicated transportation services for the Chairman. The ideal candidate must possess an intimate knowledge of the UAE's geography and traffic regulations, maintaining the highest standards of etiquette, safety, and vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities • Executive Transportation: Provide safe and punctual transportation for the Chairman to all business meetings, social engagements, and official events across the UAE. • Navigation & Route Planning: Utilize expert knowledge of the 7 Emirates to plan the most efficient routes, with a specific, 100% mastery of Dubai’s primary and secondary roads to navigate traffic effectively. • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the Chairman’s vehicle is meticulously cleaned (interior and exterior) daily and kept in pristine mechanical condition, coordinating regular servicing and inspections. • Compliance: Strictly adhere to all UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations, ensuring a smooth and safe driving experience at all times. • Documentation: Manage vehicle-related documentation, including registration, insurance renewals, and Salik/fine tracking. Skills Candidate Profile & Requirements • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional driving experience within the UAE, specifically serving high-profile individuals, executives, or VIPs. • Temperament: A naturally cool-headed and patient individual capable of remaining calm and professional in heavy traffic or high-pressure situations. • Presentation: Must be consistently well-dressed and well-groomed, adhering to a professional formal or semi-formal dress code as required. • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a distinct advantage. • License: A valid, clean UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License. • Availability: Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the Chairman's schedule.
