Construction Foreman (Carpentry & Shuttering)

Job description Wadi Al Sultana Contracting is seeking a highly experienced Construction Foreman with strong expertise in carpentry and shuttering works. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring high-quality execution of formwork and structural activities, and leading site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within deadlines. Skills • Strong expertise in carpentry and shuttering/formwork systems • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts • Excellent leadership and team supervision skills • Good planning and site coordination abilities • Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations on site • Ability to manage manpower and meet project deadlines • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Good communication skills (basic English required) • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Time management and organizational skills • Experience in UAE construction standards and practices (preferred)
