Job Description

Job description HR Tasks: · Handle staff recruitment (including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers), orientation, on-boarding (ensuring a smooth transition) & retention process. · Perform monthly payroll. · Develop training and development programs. · Develop, implement and maintain corporate HR policies and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures. · Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters · Assist in developing and implementing employee performance management processes, including SMART goals/ KPIs setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. · Coordinate employees’ engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date employees' records and relevant paperwork. · Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. · Stay updated with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes. · Execute all travel arrangements: tickets, hotels, visas’ requirement …etc. Admin Tasks: · Assist with other Department admin tasks. · Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics. · Draft legal documents and contracts. · Preferred knowledge of and ability to review/ negotiate various types of commercial contracts drafts to ensure the company’s full legal rights. · Monitor company compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. · Keep track of all legal and corporate documents and arrange for renewals as per tracked schedule. Skills Requirements: · Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law. · Proven experience as HR and Office Executive/ Manager in a business environment. · Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information. · Outstanding communication skills. · BSc degree in Law, HR, Admin or equivalent. · MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage. · Excellent English Language is required. Command of Arabic Language is an advantage while French is a plus.
