Job description Job Description This position combines two primary roles essential for ensuring efficient field operations: Operational Role (Driver): • Full responsibility for driving the company vehicle to transport labor and materials between locations (North Riyadh). • Adherence to specified schedules for reaching client sites. • Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle on a regular basis. Administrative and Field Role (Supervisor): • Distributing tasks among laborers on-site and monitoring their performance closely. • Receiving the final work and ensuring it meets the quality standards specific to "Kleen Joe". • Representing the company to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. • Managing any issues or obstacles faced by the team during operations and resolving them promptly. Skills Skills Breakdown Based on the job details, the candidate needs a mix of practical and personal skills: Firstly: Driving Skills • Driving Proficiency: Ability to drive for extended hours (10 hours) safely. • Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with roads and areas in North Riyadh to ensure timely arrivals. • Traffic Compliance: Complete knowledge of traffic regulations to avoid violations and accidents. Secondly: Supervisory Skills • Leadership and Guidance: Ability to manage foreign laborers and guide them clearly and calmly. • Effective Communication: Skill in communicating effectively with clients (building trust and defusing anger if necessary). • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in inspecting the site before handing it over to the client. • Problem-Solving: Quick response in handling shortages in supplies or unexpected delays. Thirdly: Personal Skills • Resilience: Physical and mental ability to work in the field and handle constant work pressure. • Discipline and Organization: Adherence to the company's schedule and compliance with working hours (and overtime). • Professionalism: Good demeanor and respectful interaction that reflects a positive image of the company.
