How does the hiring process work for employers?

Is candidate registration free?
Yes. Candidate registration on frwjobs.com is free. Workers pay zero recruitment fee — any fee-charging is illegal under Bangladesh law and our policy.
What documents does a worker need?
Valid passport (minimum 1.5 years validity), NID/birth certificate, educational certificates, any trade/skill certificates, and medical fitness certificate from a BMET-approved clinic.
How long does the full placement process take?
Typically 30–60 days from demand letter receipt to worker departure, depending on visa processing time at the destination country embassy.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee?
Yes. If a placed worker does not meet employer specifications within the probation period, we provide a free replacement.
How do I submit a grievance?
Registered candidates and employers can submit a grievance from their dashboard. Admin reviews within 48 working hours. For urgent matters, call or WhatsApp our office directly.
Does FRW offer free language training?
Yes. FRW provides free language courses for overseas workers — Arabic, Malay, English, Korean and Spanish — taught in Bengali with audio and quizzes. Each course covers workplace, daily-life, rights and safety vocabulary. Start free at frwjobs.com/training.
How can I get a driver or welder job abroad from Bangladesh?

Can Bangladeshi workers get jobs in Europe?
Yes. FRW places workers in European Union countries including Romania, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Croatia, Hungary, Cyprus, Serbia, Kosovo and Slovakia through proper work-permit channels, mainly in construction, factory, warehouse, agriculture and hospitality, with euro wages and accommodation.
How much can a Bangladeshi worker earn abroad?
Pay varies by country and trade — typically USD 250–500 per month for entry roles (cleaning, helper, housemaid) and USD 450–1,200+ for skilled trades (welder, heavy-equipment operator, electrician), usually with free accommodation. European and Korean (EPS) routes pay more. Exact salary is shown on each job listing.
Is it safe, and how do I avoid recruitment fraud?
Always work through a BMET-licensed agency, never pay an illegal fee, keep your own passport, and insist on a legal contract before you travel. FRW is licensed (RL-3017), charges workers zero fee, and our free training includes a lesson on avoiding fraud, illegal work and overstay.
Do I need to pass a medical test to work abroad?
Yes. A medical fitness certificate from a BMET-approved (GAMCA/Wafid for the Gulf) clinic is required before visa stamping. FRW guides you to approved clinics and handles the medical and visa steps as part of the placement.
What is the EPS route to South Korea?
South Korea hires Bangladeshi workers under the Employment Permit System (EPS), which requires passing the EPS-TOPIK Korean language test. It is one of the highest-paying legal routes. FRW supports candidates preparing for EPS-TOPIK and offers a free Korean course.
Can women get overseas jobs through FRW?
Yes. FRW places women in roles such as garments and textile work, housekeeping, caregiving and domestic work, only with verified employers and proper contracts, with a focus on safety, fair pay and accommodation.
