General Manager - Consumer Electronics (UAE)

Job description General Manager – Consumer Electronics Drive the Consumer Electronics business focusing on sales growth, retail expansion, and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities: • Define and implement business strategy • Drive sales across retail, modern trade, and e-commerce • Manage key accounts and distributor relationships • Oversee product lifecycle and pricing strategies • Monitor market trends and competition • Ensure operational efficiency and after-sales service • Lead financial performance and cost control • Build and manage high-performing teams Candidate Profile: • 20-25 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role • Strong UAE/GCC retail and distribution exposure • Proven leadership and P&L ownership • Strong industry network preferred Mandate Expectations • Target candidates from leading FMCG/Consumer Electronics companies • Preference for UAE-based candidates • Preferred Nationality - European/Canadian/UK (GCC experience mandatory)
