Job description You will be responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing later‑stage growth and pre‑IPO investments, working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio companies. Client Details Our client is a well‑established, multi‑asset investment firm launching a new fund focused on later‑stage growth and pre‑IPO opportunities. They are looking to hire an Investment Professional to support investment execution and portfolio management efforts from their Doha office. Description Key responsibilities include: Managing the end‑to‑end investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and executionBuilding and reviewing detailed financial models and valuations for later‑stage companiesPreparing investment memoranda, market assessments, and supporting materialsProactively sourcing opportunities through networks, ecosystem engagement, and market researchCoordinating due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisorsMonitoring portfolio company performance, including financial analysis and KPI trackingSupporting portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, growth, and capital‑raising activitiesRepresenting the firm within the regional investment and technology ecosystem Profile 2-5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capitalStrong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skillsExperience evaluating later‑stage or growth‑stage businesses; exposure to public markets is a plusExcellent academic background; CFA or similar qualifications are advantageousStrong communication skills, commercial judgement, and attention to detailA genuine interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and investingFluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageousWilling and able to relocate to Doha Job Offer Opportunity to join a leading regional investment platform launching a new fund focused on later‑stage growth and pre‑IPO investmentsExposure to high‑growth businesses across technology‑enabled sectors in MENA and beyondHands‑on role across the full investment lifecycle, offering strong learning and progressionDoha‑based role within a high‑performing, institutional investment environment Skills investments
