Job description 🚨 Hiring: Driver / PRO 🔹 Job Responsibilities As PRO: • Process employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees • Monitor and renew employee residence permits • Handle visa processing for employees’ dependents (new, renewal, cancellation) • Assist with cancellation of employee and dependent visas and follow up on procedures • Liaise with UAE Immigration and other government authorities for business and employment-related matters • Support medical and police procedures in special cases • Manage company licenses, renewals, and government-related documentation (Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, etc.) • Provide guidance to employees and management on visa and government procedures • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions • Stay informed on UAE laws and regulations and ensure compliance As Property Maintenance Driver: • Safely transport maintenance staff to various locations • Deliver tools, materials, and equipment to job sites • Assist with basic property maintenance and repair tasks • Support property viewings for prospective tenants • Ensure timely travel and strong familiarity with UAE locations • Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fueling, oil checks, cleanliness, etc.) • Maintain the vehicle in excellent working condition at all times 🔹 Salary To be discussed during the interview. Skills 🔹 Requirements Age: 30–40 years old Valid UAE driving license (Manual & Automatic) Proven experience in PRO duties and driving is a must Knowledge of UAE locations and government procedures Good communication skills (verbal & written) Presentable, customer-friendly, and professional attitude Hardworking, honest, and proactive Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Can join immediately
