Job description What You Will Do: General • Answer telephone systems to screen calls, transfer calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages. • Receive and distribute items such as courier packages, messages, letters, and faxes to the concerned staff member, ensuring confirmation of receipt. • Greet individuals entering the office and direct them to the appropriate location or person. • Maintain the reception area and keep materials tidy at all times. • Perform general secretarial and clerical functions including scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, and filing to support office operations. • Manage conference room bookings and ensure their maintenance. • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the office. • Schedule individual or group appointments and meetings for the country manager with clients. Skills Required Skills To Be Successful: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office applications. • Ability to speak Arabic and English fluently. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. What Qualifies You For The Role: • Graduate in any discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist or secretary in any large-sized companies in the Middle East. • Excellent MS Office knowledge and skills. • Proficiency in spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.
