Job description A Sales Consultant (Immigration Advisor) is responsible for handling client inquiries, assessing eligibility, explaining immigration programs, and converting leads into clients—while maintaining full transparency and compliance. Respond to inquiries from ads, calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Conduct initial consultation to understand client goals Build rapport and trust with potential clients Evaluate profile (education, work experience, finances) Suggest suitable visa options (work, visit, study, PR) Provide honest and realistic guidance Present company services clearly Explain process, timelines, and costs Follow up with leads to close deals Track lead status and follow-ups Report daily/weekly sales performance Strong verbal & written communication Persuasive but ethical selling Salary plus Commission Skills Number of leads to be handled Conversion rate (80%) of the target given Revenue generated Follow-up efficiency Client satisfaction
