Supply Planner

Job description • Works closely with the other internal and external teams to ensure forecasts and orders are accurate to minimize OOS (Out-of-Stock) if not eliminate or excess inventories. • Initiates and leads the demand forecast generation • Identify the gaps between the demand forecast and the company target with recommendations for bridging the gaps • Synchronizing the demand forecast and the order replenishment cycles, inventory levels, etc. • Evaluates the demand forecast accuracy, identify the gaps source, and reports them for management decisions • Demand Review Preparations (DRP) - validates sales forecasts at SKU Level (Stock-Keeping-Unit) through comparative analysis • Collaborate with MS&P Team to have latest input of any changes in Strategic Sales Plan. Skills • Provides analysis and recommendations in improving demand planning accuracy results • Submits confirmed order to the suppliers/vendors as per the defined deadlines after having the thorough analysis and getting the manager's approval • Proactively follow-up Open Orders to be shipped and received as per planned RDD's. / ETA • Monitors item availability on a daily / weekly basis and communicates carried risks to stakeholders with recommendations for management decisions • Tracks item movement in terms of availability, inventory, forecasting and initiative excellence monthly • Initiates promotional items transfers as per the preplanned initiative roadmap • Provides analysis and recommendations in improving supply planning results • Ensures that items are accurately created on the ERP system matching the price structures • Evaluates out of stock hurts and put the action plans for improvement (CFR) • Performs other tasks as delegated by the Line Manager
