• Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta
(Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Structure campaigns following performance marketing best practices,
including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, and budget
allocation.
• Develop and manage audience targeting strategies, including prospecting,
retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Implement effective bidding strategies aligned with campaign objectives such
as conversions, traffic, or engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on established KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to
continuously improve performance.
• Support the execution of email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages,
and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Assist in building and optimizing automated customer journeys and cross-
channel communication flows.
• Segment audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data.
• Work with CRM tools to deliver personalized, timely, and relevant messaging
to customers.
• Track and analyze campaign performance across all digital channels.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Translate data into actionable optimizations and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams to align
campaign strategy and messaging.
• Provide feedback on creative performance and audience engagement trends.
• Support the digital marketing team in identifying new growth opportunities
across channels.

line with performance objectives.
• Ensures seamless execution of processes and effective coordination with
cross-functional teams.
• Supervises end-to-end outbound logistics operations, including the movement
of goods and materials.
• Develops and manages delivery plans to ensure accurate shipment execution
and timely delivery.
• Controls budgets, driving cost efficiency across operations.
• Leads system management initiatives and develops strategic plans, including
annual action plans and budgets.
Skills
• Monitors the proper utilization, maintenance, and inventory of all vehicles.
• Promotes continuous team development through training and capability-
building initiatives.
• Implements job rotation and cross-training programs to enhance operational
