PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job description Key Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and manage the execution of civil and structural works, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget. • Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, execution, quality control, safety compliance, and handover. • Lead the delivery of interior fit-out and finishing packages, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion. • Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project coordination. • Monitor daily progress on-site, address technical and logistical issues, and drive productivity. • Review construction drawings, BOQs, method statements, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations. • Implement cost control measures, risk mitigation strategies, and value engineering where applicable. • Manage and mentor a team of site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. • Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and handle all inspections and approvals. Skills Expertise in structural works, fit-out, and finishing for high-rise and commercial projects • Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Sound understanding of UAE construction laws, regulations, and authority approvals • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Quality assurance, HSE, and contract administration knowledge • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation Educational & Technical Qualifications: • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) – .
