Job description Closing date: 13/05/2026  Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Elgera Guadalquiver  Reference number: 69712  Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital | Abu Dhabi | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS 1. Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation 2. Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation 3. Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership 4. Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees REQUIRED EDUCATION Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Oncology with a minimum course duration of three (3) years OR a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Clinical Master’s degree or a postgraduate clinical nursing specialty qualification in Oncology with a minimum duration of one (1) year  valid BLS and ACLS Desired: ONS Certification REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Essential: At least two years in own country Desired: Three years recent oncology nursing experience Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE • Basic Arabic language skills • Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications • Verbal and written communication skills in English All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
