Zanzibar is experiencing a strong investment and development boom, driven by international capital inflow, infrastructure growth and increasing demand from foreign buyers. The market is characterized by dynamic year-on-year property value growth and growing interest from global investors seeking early-stage opportunities. Skills Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced real estate sales professional or real estate agency with: • Proven experience selling real estate on the Dubai market • An existing base of active investors or property buyers • Documented sales history (investment, off-plan or premium segment) • Clients familiar with investing in international real estate markets • Ability to operate on a commission-driven partnership model Cooperation with independent brokers and licensed agencies is welcome.
