Sales Development & Market Expansion
• Drive business growth across UAE and GCC markets specifically for masterbatch products.
• Identify and penetrate new customer bases, applications, and high-potential industry segments.
• Proactively generate leads through strategic field visits, professional networking, and industry referrals.
Customer Relationship Management
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with converters, processors, and OEM clients.
• Consult with customers to identify technical requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry and product trials to final commercial closure.
Territory & Account Management
• Execute strategic sales plans within assigned territories to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Systematically track sales pipelines and opportunity stages to ensure high conversion rates.
• Prioritize account retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitive landscapes, including pricing trends, product launches, and regional market shifts.
• Synthesize market feedback into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Scan for emerging trends and new sector opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Coordination & Reporting
• Maintain rigorous documentation of sales activities, visit reports, and pipeline updates.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage lead tracking and optimize opportunity management.
• Liaise with operations, logistics, and technical departments to ensure seamless order execution and superior customer support.
Skills
Strong field sales and customer handling skills.

• Comfortable with frequent travel across UAE and GCC region (Driving License is mandatory for this position).
