Job description Job Description The medical representative promotes our brand (RAUSCH) related to doctors, dermatologists and pharmacists to increase their awareness of the medical background about our brand, handle any objection or negative comments from doctors and maximize the strengths of our brand which reflects positively on performance and sales. Key responsibilities include: • Provide products to hair care staff including doctors in hospitals and clinics and • pharmacists in pharmacies • Meeting both the business and scientific needs of hair care professionals • Organizing medical conferences and meetings for both doctors & pharmacists. • Managing budgets that reflect to sales positively. • Reviewing sales performance and sales analysis daily. Qualifications • Medical representatives should be with high qualifications in life sciences, pharmacy. • Medical representatives should be with a background in sales and the capacity to learn about scientific and medical details. Skills of medical representatives: • Medical background • With professional sales skills • Challengeable • With self Confidence • Patience • Have ability to deal with any objection from doctors. • Have ability to reveal the doctor’s attitude. • Have ability to use his tools at right way.
