Job description UAE National Part-Time Opportunity: Receptionist | Al-Futtaim Motors | Toyota Dubai Are you a UAE National looking for a part-time role in a dynamic and professional environment? 🚗✨ Al Futtaim Automotive is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist – where you’ll be the face of our brand and the first to deliver our *World’s Warmest Welcome* to every customer. 📌 What’s in it for you? • A part-time position with 2 days off per week • Willing to workafternoon shifts, with a schedule of 4 hours per day(12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) • Gain hands-on experience in a prestigious automotive brand • Work in a customer-focused, professional environment • Be part of one of the UAE’s leading automotive groups • Willing to work in Toyota Al Badia, Dubai Festival City 💼 What you will do: • To provide full support to all customers visiting the service center. To be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs. • Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch. • Responsible to ensure all customers with appointments are directed to correct executive. The aim is to give a smooth transition from entering the branch to introduction to sales executive in turn making sure the customer receives a professional service. • Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch. The aim is to make our customer feel acknowledged and to show that we care. Skills What we’re looking for: • UAE National with Family Book (mandatory) • Fluent in English with strong communication skills • Customer service experience is an added advantage • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred) • High school diploma or higher 👥 About the role: You’ll be working in a busy workshop environment, and you will be engaging with customers and colleagues across all levels.
