Job description General Manager – FMCG Lead and scale the FMCG division with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute business strategy aligned with group objectives • Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability • Oversee sales, marketing, distribution, and supply chain • Expand modern trade and distribution networks • Identify new business opportunities and product lines • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations • Build and lead high-performing teams Candidate Profile: • 20–25 years of experience in the FMCG sector, including a minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role • Strong UAE market expertise • Proven P&L management and growth track record
