Educational Qualification: Diploma (minimum) or higher. Certificates must be validated by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Embassy. Proven work experience of no less than 3 years. Passing the required professional examinations before starting work. Skills The role of an Occupational Therapist requires a comprehensive set of professional and interpersonal skills, where one must be capable of assessing patients' physical and cognitive abilities and devising appropriate individual treatment plans for each condition, alongside conducting therapy sessions and monitoring patient progress continuously. Additionally, effective communication skills are essential for explaining conditions and collaborating with other professionals, as well as possessing human skills such as patience, empathy, and motivating patients, especially those with disabilities, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities during sessions, and utilizing modern tools and techniques while maintaining organization and time management in dealing with various cases and handling work pressures.
