We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale road, highway, and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are executed with precision, staying on schedule, under budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Direct and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including earthworks, asphalt paving, drainage systems, and utility relocation.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and negotiate with vendors to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed master schedules (Primavera/MS Project) to meet critical deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government authorities (e.g., RTA, Municipalities).
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Team Management: Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or PMP certification preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in road construction.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of FIDIC contracts, traffic management plans, and asphalt technology.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and the ability to lead under high-pressure site conditions.
