Job Summary:
The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and enhancing back-office operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigating operational risks. The role involves managing internal controls, supervising financial processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to support efficient and compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, draft, and update departmental policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and operational best practices.
• Monitor and review back-office procedures and internal controls to ensure effectiveness and minimize operational risk.
• Oversee and ensure timely and accurate submission of periodic regulatory reports.
• Supervise the periodic valuation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), particularly within international real estate investment structures.
• Verify, review, and approve back-office transactions in line with internal policies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor client onboarding processes, ensuring strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
• Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with global administrators and third-party service providers.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide guidance, training, and development support to team members.
