Job description Type of Employment: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a Sales Executive (female Arabic speaker) to become part of our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of achieving sales objectives while building exceptional relationships with clients, with a high level of professionalism and customer service. Responsibilities: • Marketing and selling residential and/or commercial properties to potential clients. • Attracting new clients through networking, relationships, and various marketing initiatives. • Organizing field visits to showcase properties and provide detailed explanations about them. • Negotiating with clients and successfully completing sales transactions. • Building long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Monitoring developments in the real estate market, pricing, and competitors. • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Documenting client data and updating it continuously. Skills Requirements: • Female Arabic speaker. • Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales field (preferred). • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Professional demeanor and personality. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. • Fluency in both Arabic and English. • Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
